Last year, for the first time, a conference was held in the context of the Festival Cultures du Monde in Gannat, organized by Dr Vikrant Kishore and Etienne Rogier. The festival has existed for almost 50 years, but an accompanying conference had never been held before.
In this peculiar year 2020, as everywhere else, strict health prevention measures led to the fact that the festival could not take place. But thanks to Vikrant’s and Etienne’s commitment, a conference is now taking place anyway. Appropriately enough, on the subject of masks.
Nobody has to travel to Gannat. The conference will take place online on 16
October.
