Seit dem 1. Januar 2022 habe ich meine wissenschaftliche Wirkstätten um die Universität zu Köln erweitert. Dort führe ich am Institut für Medienkultur und Theater meine Forschungen fort, vor allem mit den Beständen der wunderbar reichen Theaterwissenschaftlichen Sammlung im Schloss Porz-Wahn.
Ich freue mich sehr, wieder in Köln zu sein, einer Stadt, die meiner Familie nahe ist, an deren Hochschule für Musik und Tanz ich von 2000-2002 tätig war, und an deren Uni ich 2015-2016 eine Gastprofessur für InterArts innehatte.
An der LMU München betreue ich weiterhin als Privatdozentin meine Doktorand*innen, leite das Centre for Global Theatre Histories und bin als Projektleiterin im DFG geförderten Sonderforschungsbereich (SfB 1369) “Vigilanzkulturen” im Teilprojekt “Theatersteuerung. Theater, Politik und Öffentlichkeit nach 1918 in Deutschland” tätig.
Ich wünsche allen einen guten Start ins neue Jahr, Zeit und Muße für gute Gespräche, Funken sprühende Begegnungen aller Art und vor allem Gesundheit und freue mich weiterhin auf und über lokalen und internationalen Austausch.

Since 1 January 2022, I have added the University of Cologne to my academic workplaces. There I continue my research at the Institute for Media Culture and Theatre, especially with the holdings of the wonderfully rich Theatre Studies Collection in Porz-Wahn Castle.
I am very happy to be back in Cologne, a city that is close to my home, at whose Hochschule für Musik und Tanz I worked from 2000-2002, and at whose university I held a guest professorship for InterArts in 2015/2016.
At LMU Munich, as a “Privatdozentin”, I supervise my doctoral students, I continue directing the Centre for Global Theatre Histories and work as a project leader in the DFG-funded Collaborative Research Centre (SfB 1369) Vigilanzkulturen in the sub-project “Theatersteuerung. Theatre, Politics and the Public Sphere after 1918 in Germany”.
I wish everyone a good start to the new year, time and leisure for good conversations, sparkling encounters of all kinds and, above all, good health and continue to look forward to local and international exchange.
